General Mark Milley - Trump’s handpicked Chair of the Joint Chiefs Of Staff recently said that Trump is “fascist to the core.”

He’s right. While Donald Trump may be an addled, self-pitying and incoherent nepo-baby, he still manages to occasionally utter something remotely coherent enough to make sense of where he wants to take his administration.

And when he does, it’s disturbing as hell.

I was listening to Pod Save America this week and I thought it was worth sharing a few recent items they cobbled together from his hours of rants.

I have included 3 minutes of clips from Trump and their commentary for you to see.

In between his long rants about nothing and silent swaying to music, Trump promises mass deportations. This will involve relatively large scale violence toward innocent people and violations of American citizens’ civil right, ripping apart millions of Americans from their family members, and deporting untold numbers of people who came here as children.

He also said he would withhold fire relief from California if they don’t do his bidding.

Even more Mussolini, Trump says the biggest enemy from within is the left (which is his word for Democrats) and that they should be handled by the national guard, or if-necessary, the military.

The Right Wing Playbook

The hosts are political experts (former senior communications staffers for Obama—known as by many as the “pod bros”), and they note that it seems Trump believes his best closing case is to scare people about crime in cities. (Sound familiar?)

VP Kamala Harris has been encouraging people to watch his rallies, in part because by the time the media boils down his marathonal, incoherent content, it is both highly sanitized and made to look as if Trump can consistently construct sentences.
